We collect only the data strictly necessary for package delivery automation: name, email, condominium identification (unit/block), and transient label images scanned via OCR to extract carrier and tracking codes.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is processed solely to notify residents of incoming deliveries, generate verified pickup credentials (QR Code & PIN), and provide audit trails to building administration.
3. Data Sharing & Zero Advertising Brokers
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to advertising brokers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers (AWS, Firebase) under strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Data Storage & Security Standards
All communication is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Stored database records are protected with AES-256 encryption at rest in isolated environments.
5. User Rights (LGPD & GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your personal information and account at any time via the in-app settings or our web account deletion request form.
